The Livable and Inclusive Communities Project is made possible by a Social Development Partnership Program (SDPP-D) grant from the Office of Disability Issues (ODI). ODI is a branch within the department of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada.   The SDPP-D provides grants and contributions to help ensure that people with disabilities benefit from the same quality of life as all Canadians. The Program supports innovative ways of removing barriers through improved access to programs and services and encourages a wide range of community-based initiatives to address social issues and barriers that people with disabilities face.
